最近不少考友问我关于essay写作的事，鉴于之前文章分享的只是方法，在此借给一位考友分析其这次考试答案的机会特地再写一篇的。关于essay 考什么，怎么考，下面这段文字是每场essay 考前要求考生读的，很多人可能因为紧张直接跳过了，但这段文字对正确答题非常关键，特意贴出来翻译过来。

从这段话可以看出，首要的能力是分析事实，分清问题中哪些是重要事实，哪些是次要事实的能力，其次是对这些重点事实适用法律的能力，而且特地提醒不要只是让考官觉得你对法律的记忆，而是如何运用他们。当然法律学得不精，肯定也没法分清楚什么才是重要的事实，什么是不重要的。先记熟法律，才能找到法律相对应的事实，但在实际使用中我们又是相反，先看到事实，再去比对自己大脑中一大堆的法律。因此在记牢法律的基础上，后面考的就是从问题中找到事实的能力，最后一句也很重要，是普遍适用的法律理论和原则，并不指某一科目的法律。这里即有普遍适用的宪法原则，也有民法都会涉及的合同原理，证据理论，所以一定要把各科融会贯通，才能运用自如。
